Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We can supply a replacement for this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we can go any further, though, I need to see a clear picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord. Yours isn't visible in your photo, but it's an essential detail.
Please also tell me how many of these balances you need.
