Hello I'm looking for this type of balance, and the pieces attached to the sash. Metal part Height is like 1 1/2 x 1/2

Hi there!
It looks like you have our Series 370 channel balance. Is there a stamp on your metal channel? If not, you'll need to remove and weigh your sash to choose the appropriate spring strength option. There's a chart on the S370's product page that shows you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
As for the metal piece attached to your sash, we'll need to see that removed from your window to compare to our inventory.
