I'm looking for a storm window latch that is 4 1/16" long and 1/2' thick. I did not find any on your web site. I also need two storm panel top tits. Take a look at the 95-140 and 95-209 corners. I believe one of these should match the dimensions that you need.
As for the latch, yours is from an older Sears storm sash, which is no longer available. However, take a look at the 91-183 latch used for DACO storm sashes. Review the specifications to see if you can adapt them to work for your storm sash.
