It looks like your photos were compressed while uploading so it's difficult to say. Start by taking a look at our 15-105 pivot shoe. I can't promise that this is what you have, but look over our dimensions and see if they match what you need. If the dimensions differ, remove your pivot shoe from the window and show us.
