Hey there, thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at our 39-118 and 39-121 mobile home crank handles, as well as the 39-124 extension. Check their dimensions to see if these would suit your needs. 

Take note you will need to check with a local hardware store if you were to use one of the handles with the recommended extension. I don't believe that the screw that comes with the handles would be long enough when used with the extension. These are very old fashioned and not technically meant to go together, so you may need to get a little creative.
