Hi there, I tried to open one of my slide windows today (vertical) and the top of the sliding portion with the handle just broke right off! It?s hard to explain without pictures and I don?t know window jargon, but I want to say the top of the frame of the sliding portion broke. The glass is still intact. The entire window together (both the sliding portion and the immovable top portion) measure approximately 35? x 58? (in the pocket). The brand is Milgard. Is this something you could send a replacement piece for? Feel free to call me. I will be out most of the day tomorrow (Tuesday) but will be around on Wednesday. I?m pacific time. It's tough to tell but if this piece is the top of the sash frame, unfortunately, that is not something that we can supply and would be specific to the window manufacturer. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to Milgard directly to discuss your repair options.
