Question

The distance is 3 15/16. The key hole needs to be in the center of the 3 15/16. They key hole is centered between the install holes. Look at the broken one I sent you on the handle there is one hole. The one that I am sending back has two hole on it so it cannot be centered. I hope this helps.

You can see hole the key hole is not centered but the broken one I sent the other day key hole is centered.

Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact match for the type of handle you are searching for but I believe we may have a suitable replacement.

Your sliding patio glass door handle could possibly be replaced with our 82-030 which does have the 3-15/16" measurement. This handle is only available in beige, black, and white.

The mortise lock looks like it could be our 82-238. Look over the dimensions and compare them to you existing lock to determine if this might be a proper replacement.
