I need to replace a Milgard window balancer for a non-tilting window. It's stamped 25 5 and no other stamps. It has winged ends. The channel is a 25 5/8" x 1/2". Sash weighs about 22 lbs. The bottom end is 1 3/32".
This style has the small metal piece that attaches to the end of the cord on the bottom of the balance.The U channel is overall 25 5/8". This measur5emnt doe snot include the plastic guides on the ends, just the actual metal channel.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The channel balance you have is an Extended Travel Channel Balance, which will need to be a custom made assembly. To determine the exact replacement, I will need to see the metal clip/hook that is supposed to be attached to the bottom of the balance. This detail from the balance is very important for identifying the right hardware and for installing the balance in the sash.
I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to confirm pricing and availability. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per customer balance.
