Hello, I have a customer looking to repair 20yr old wood bronze double hung windows that no longer open/close. The balancers are obviously no good. There is a sticker on the sill that say NFRC BWD K 002. The sashes measure 35 3/4 x 36 1/4. Wondering if they are repairable.
