Contact SWISCO Roller Help

Question

So I had my ex wife order replacement rollers for her sliding door wall, we received them, upon inspection I noticed that the leveling screw is on the side, I need them to have leveling screw on the back side so I can install roller assembly in door, put door back into housing on the track then level. The door wall has a 5/16? hole on the back of door wall which you put screwdriver in to access leveling screw. Please help.
