Question

Have double hung Lincoln windows installed when house was built 1996. Windows mounted with vinyl compression jamb-liner & balances. One bottom sash the springs broke off (a few weeks apart); from what I can see the compression jamb-liner shows no damage. I am looking to either replace the spring & hardware for the sash, or both jamb-liners for this window. Are these parts offered by SWISCO? Thank you in advance for your reply

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell replacement jamb liners or naked springs, unfortunately. If this is a wood window, contacting a local millwork would be your best option. They should be able to set you up with the proper replacements. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
