Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your pivot shoe that the balance anchors to fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We will also need you to write out the exact width and thickness to narrow down your replacement options.
As for the release that you mentioned, I suspect that you may have internal tilt latches. If so, we would need to see that part uninstalled to compare to our inventory. We'll include a few videos to help you through the process.
