Looking for Contractors Wardrobe Glass Door L Shaped piece of metal that holds frame together or piece that can used.

The L shape is 1/2in for side of frame and 1/2 in for bottom of frame which will join the frame.
If the piece was flat it would be 1 in.

To be honest, the corner you show looks like it could be a simple "L" angle cut to size and drilled to attach the screws. I would suggest taking one to a local hardware store and see if they have a length of aluminum with the same dimensions you need. They might also have a metal angle you could possibly use to repair the frame.

That looks like a bad handyman job.
You should be able to throw away that bracket, get a longer screw (#8 I think) and run the new longer screw into the vertical. I've never seen a bracket like that on any of the doors like yours. And I've seen a lot of them.
