Thanks for reaching out! The hardware you are looking to replace appears to be an older version of our 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator, the opposite handed version is the 39-032.

The cover compatible with this operator is the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover used along with either the 39-114L non-folding or 39-205 folding crank handles. We also have the 39-107FK Truth Folding Handle and Cover Kit.
