Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I have come across this type of roller assembly before, with the vertical screw hole, but manufacturers across the country have phased this style out over the years. Almost all modern assemblies you'll see has a horizontal-facing hole like our 81-247. 

If you're handy, you may still be able to use our 81-247 if you're able to bend the tab into the position you need. I've done this myself successfully, it just takes some elbow grease.
