Converting crossbow to Series 795

Question

I am reading you no longer carry model S850-28 28.5" Series 850 Crossbow Balance with 1 1/4" width.

I read where Paul had suggested to order the 795 Channel Balance with 28C option. The sizes don't add up so is this accurate to order in replace of the 850 crossbow balance??

Hi there, it sounds like you're on the right track. To convert a 28.5" crossbow balance, you'll round down to the S795-28 channel balance. As for the weight range, you'll need to weigh your window sash to determine if you need option 28A, B, C or D. here's a video for the process, in case you haven't seen it yet.
