Convex Rollers AN34124 Adjustments

New sliding doors and hardware. The rollers are #AN34124. I beleive they are the same as 23-225. The doors are very hard to open and close. It seems that all the weight is on the rollers and they drag on the track. When I lift the door up they work, but when putting door back down, problem is still there. Can you please instruct on how to eliminate the dragging problem. Thx

It's hard to say. If you have a roller similar to the 23-225, though, then it should have an adjustment screw that can raise the door up from the bottom.

If you have the version with non bearing wheels, get the ones with bearings, you won't regret it.
