Hello there. This might be a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 180 Coil Balances; but you'll need to remove the old assembly and compare to the dimensions below to confirm. Let me know if anything differs in any way. The video below shows how to remove a different type of coil balance assembly, though the general principles should be similar.
