Cool balance shoe and coil replacement

Need to replace some of these items mainly the coil balance and how can I tell what weight?! The shoe has a 11A printed on it with dimensions of 1 1/2 x 1 1/4.

A stamp of 11A indicates that the spring carries 11 pounds, but that's pretty extraordinary for this type of balance. You don't usually see them calibrated that high.

Can you tell me the exact weight of the sash? That will allow us to verify one way or the other.
