Hello! Please see our 15-087 pivot carrier, Series 180 coil spring, and 16-031 mounting bracket. I am very confident that these are the parts you want but look them over and tell me if you had any questions.

If my sash weighs 13.5 lbs , should I get the 7 lbs coils?

I can try to find any markings on these parts.

Yes, I think that would be perfectly fine. That will give you a total of 14 pounds of support, which is a little over your sash weight, but I don't think that extra half pound will make a difference.
