Will the 39-107FK work on a Coradco window.?

The 39-107FK is compatible with some Caradco brand operators, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it's the right part for the job. If you were to show me a photo of your operator I can confirm whether or not it will work for sure.

Is it difficult to install or will I just need a screwdriver?

In my experience these are not difficult to install, no. I actually don't think you even need a screwdriver, the cover and handle should both just snap in place.
