The pin is broken/worn and not able to open/close the window

Hello,

Since the spline is broken, unfortunately, the entire operator will need to be replaced. There's a good chance that we can help, but we'll need to see photos of your operator with the window open so the arms that move the sash are fully visible. If the window is unlocked, you should be able to carefully push the window open by hand. Thank you!
