Corner

Question

We are looking for this exact replacement. We too purchased the 95-246 but is way too small (does not match measurements online).

Our screen frame is 7/16" thick (outer dimension) with an interior opening for the corner key at 5/16" x ~15/32" best as we can measure. Extruded aluminum frame.

Thanks for reaching out to us. These extruded screen frame corners are almost impossible to locate. I believe that's because window companies prefer to use the cheaper "roll metal" framing when making screens.

With that said, take a look at the 95-245B corner. This might fit the opening in your frame but we can't make any promises. Note that it has a "step" overlap not flush with the frame. If this corner fits, try using a stick on foam around the overlap to keep the bugs out. We also have the 95-265 corner for the 3/8" thick screen frames. I wonder if this might fit if you thicken up the corner with some masking tape. Review the specifications for each corner and see what you think.
