Corner Cabinet Hinge for Lazy Susan

Question

I've sent pictures of the original Blum hinge. The measurement on both the hinge and the plate is 1-3/4" center to center. I could not find hinges with that measurement. Suspected to be 70 degree hinge. The measurement is crucial because there are cut outs it has to straddle.
This hinge goes on the split door that is in the corner for the lazy susan cabinet.
