I am looking for corner keys for a screen frame with and without the stop.

I'm afraid I can't quite make out the precise dimensions of your corner based on these photos. Looking at your last picture, I see that the width of the base is 3/4", but can you tell me the thickness? It would be ideal if you wrote the dimensions out for me to review, to ensure there's no confusion. Determining precise measurements from photos is very difficult. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply Tom. Sorry for not giving dimensions. I believe the thickness is 3/8 inch but the inside dimension of the frame is only 1/4 inch. It is excruded aluminum frame. All the corners I have been able to find are for the rolled aluminum frame. Thanks

Hey there, maybe I can help. I'm not sure that the exact corners you're looking for are still available. These haven't been made in a long time. Take a look at the two used in more typical 3/8" frames, the 95-275 and 95-266, as well as two used in a 5/16" frame, our 95-031 and 95-274. You might be better off using the 95-266 and the 95-275 used for 3/8" framing and file down the corner legs to fit. I would only recommend making the attempt if you're handy, or know someone who is, as I expect it to take some trial and error to get right.
