The measurements I was able to take from the frame itsel was 5/8" X 7/16".

The name on the plastic part is Heritage.

I recommend you starting with our 95-018 and 95-054 corner keys. Review the measurements and dimensions. See if they match up to what you are looking for. Let us know how you make out.
