Corner keys

Need Help Finding these corner keys. There are pictures attached. I need them in tan if possible.

Dimensions are: 1" wide x 3 1/8" long x 7/16" thick.

I believe I found an old part # of 10-39617 if that helps.

Thanks for posting. I'd just like to confirm one detail. Can you confirm the thickness of the screen frame that uses these corner keys? We'll do our best to assist you from there.

outside of metal frame at corner is 1/2" thick

This reminds me most of our 95-214 Patio Screen Door Corner. Please compare and see if you think this matches up!
