This is the top right corner cap for a BFS window sash. I'm ordering the correct channel, but it also broke this cap when it happened. The square top is approx 7/8" by 15/16". Length is approx 1 3/16". I cannot find it.

The corner cap you are searching for is the top sash guide. It helps to guide the balance in the window channel and prevents it from shooting up into the frame.
Your guide reminds me of the 18-174 1/8" Top Sash Guide by Alenco. To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.
