Hello,

I've come across this corner in the past and we generally recommend our 95-218 corner latch. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to confirm that they line up. Thanks for posting!

You'll need to slide the tab with an arrow on it to disengage the corners and the screen frame should lift out of the window.

A home owner from NC says:
Can you provide more details on how the screen lifts out? Or provide a video? We still can't seem to remover ours after sliding the tabs down.

We unfortunately don't have a video on how to remove this particular type of screen. One thing you can try is to remove the bottom sash first to give the screen a clear opening. Sometimes the screen is behind the edge of the window frame, so if you slide it to one side of the window you should be able to pull it out.
