Corners and rubber seal

Question

Help!!!! Purchased home 4 years ago. House built in 1933. No idea when storm windows were installed. I need help getting the glass installed and adding corners. Bottom two are fine.

Hello, thank you for writing in. Do you have an intact version of the storm window corner key that you could show me? I'll need to see this, as well as some dimensions, in order to make a recommendation.
