Dear Swisco Experts:
I need to replace 2 balance for this window. The metal frame dimensions are 1/2" x 26 11/16". It is an Extended Travel Channel Balance. The frames are stamped: 26-4. I would appreciate an identification of which balance is correct for this window. I also would like to order and pay for the 2 balances. Thank you. Michael

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. We can indeed supply replacements for what you have here but it will need to be a custom order due to the configuration. However, the metal channel should measure 26-5/8" long so you may want to double-check just to be safe since custom orders are nonrefundable.
I'll just need a few more details so that I can get this moving for you. Can you show us a photo of the bottom fitting from a side angle? Can we also see the metal clip at the end of the cord from a few different angles?

The metal channel is 26 5/8". Attached please find 5 photos that you requested regarding the balancer. Please let me know what I need to do next to order and ship the items.
