Correct Channel Balance

I think we can supply this balance, but that bottom fitting is just too damaged for me to ID. Do you have an undamaged version I can review? If so, can you show me a clear picture of the bottom fitting and the metal hook at the end of the cord?

If there is no hook, then we will not be able to assist you. I know it seems like a small detail but it is essential. There are several different kinds of hook and none of them are interchangeable. 

I highly recommend removing an undamaged version of this balance to see if you can get me a photo of this piece.
