I am thinking it's Product Code: 39-031. The dimensions of this part are what is specified, but I want to be extra sure before ordering.

Hello there. I must say your part does look similar to the 39-031 operator. As long as the measurements and dimensions match up along with the visual comparisons then you should be ok to go.
