How do I know out the correct roller for my doors?

Hi Paul, thanks for reaching out. To identify a roller, you'll need to remove it from the door and compare the dimensions and styles to the options available in our catalog. If you're having trouble, just send us a photo of yours and we'll let you know what we recommend. Hope this helps!

Kathleen,

I have attached photos of the rollers I need. It appears to me to look like 81-023 but I am not sure. Is there anything else that you may need from me?

I will need about six of whatever I get.

Hi Paul, thanks for getting the photos over to us! If the wheel is 1-1/4" in diameter, the height of the housing is 1-1/4", and the thickness is 11/16", then yes, I agree the 81-023 would be the correct roller for you. Good luck repairing!
