Correct Sash Balance

Question

I'm trying to replace my sash balance, and the only stampings I can see are 827   k34 3 90.  Can you tell me which party to order please? Thanks.

Hey there. It's difficult to know without photos what kind of balance you have. I suspect this is an Andersen sash balance based on the stamps. But could you send photos, of the stamps in particular? How the stamps are printed is often a big clue. Many thanks.
