Correct channel balances

Thanks for posting! Since the metal channel from your balance is 20-1/2", the replacement balances will need to be a custom assembly. I'm happy to get a quote made up for you but I'll need to know the measurement for the depth of the bottom shoe; this is the front to back measurement.

Please also confirm the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) for custom assemblies.

I'm happy to help. The nylon piece at the top corner of the sash is the top sash guide. It helps to secure the balance and guide it in the window track when opening and closing the window.

To determine the best replacement for yours, I'll need to see a photo of it removed from the window. Take a look at the two video tutorials tagged below as a reference for how to remove them.

Once you have them removed, I'll need to see a direct, front facing view as well as a side profile view to identify what you need.
