I have a 28 in balancer "Unique Balance 27F 12:10:58`

Thanks for posting! Based on this image, I think you might want to look at our S770-27 balance with a 27F stamp option. Does that look about right? Keep in mind that the 27F option can carry a window sash weight of 30 through 34 pounds. Does your sash's weight fall within that range?

My window sash weight is 39.4 pounds. I have seen another post that talked about a custom balance. I will need to buy 24 balances.
Can you send me the custom order form and pricing?

Ah, I see. Yes, your balance will have to be custom made with a 27H stamp, which can hold 38 to 42 pounds. I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote for your review. You can use this to place an order on our website.
