Correct sash balance

Question

This is for a vinyl window.  The glass is marked Oldcastle.  Only the bottom sash moves and is removed by pushing the whole thing to the side and pulling it out of the channel.  There is no tilt out.  The balance is 27" long from end to end of the metal channel only.  I am looking for the correct replacement part and was hoping for your guidance so I don't buy the wrong one.  Thanks for the help!

See either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2630.
