Window manufacturer is Acan a Canadian Company no longer in Business.Parts are window locks and window bars on bottom of window for raising and lowering

Acan has been out of business for some time now, but we do carry replacement parts that could work for your windows. For the lock, confirm that the hole distance is 2-1/16" apart. Acan used a 7/16" setback in some of their windows, so use a 90-161 for those, or for the other windows with 11/16" setbacks, use 90-278. Measure carefully. The locks won't have the aligners like yours, but they should work.

The pivot bar in your first photo looks like a match for our 26-241.
