Hello, I have 2 windows with the style of coil balance in the attached picture. Can I get a list of parts to successfully replace the entire system for the windows? Also a video of how to install this style will be much appreciated.

Hello,
Your photos resemble the 15-102 double carrier, which uses the Series 145 Coil Balance Springs. We'll also relate the parts commonly used with this assembly on this page but you'll need to confirm the specifications match your original hardware.

Unfortunately, we do not have a video or guide for installing these particular balances but you would essentially reverse the process you followed to remove the original hardware. If you run into trouble at a particular stage of the process, just let us know and we'll do our best to assist you.

Hello,
I can confirm that the specifications matches my window type. Can you kindly prove me with the all the parts list required to fit this on 2 windows. Assume everything on the existing windows has been damaged and nothing salvageable.
Also list list of how to....step by step replacement would be really appreciated.

Hello,
Unforutnately, knowing the balance carrier and coils you have does not tell us all the hardware the window uses. If there are other parts you need, we would need to see photos of each one to compare to our inventory.
