Could Spring Replacement

Question

I have vinyl replacement windows from HD.  This one snapped at the bottom below the pivot cam.  It has no markings at all that I can see.  Can you recommend a replacement?

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 15-180 balance shoe, which works with our Series 190 coil spring. Thanks for posting!
