Thanks for posting. For the sash lock start by comparing to our 38-075. See if this matches up. For a new keeper use the 38-089. The crank is the 39-114L and the cover the 39-107, but please note that if the gears are stripped the entire operator must be replaced. We can help with that, but we need to see the entire assembly including the link arm(s) to determine what you need.
