Hello there!
You actually have an extended travel channel balance which is only available by custom order. We can help but we'll need more information so that we can get this moving for you. Can you write out the length of the metal channel? We will also need to see photos of the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord along with the stamp. Finally, can you tell us how many balances you're looking to order?

Sorry for the late reply. I was trying to call a handy man to do this for me but didn't turn out good and need to do it myself.

I'm not sure what do you mean by stamp, I'm assuming it's the letter engraving on the side of balance? I have attached one image of that I took before.
I have a lot of windows that needs replacing, but want to try on a couple of them first (Master bedroom ones)
Master Bedroom
Metal to metal length: 22 11/16 (3 windows)
Metal to metal length: 32 3/4 (1 window)
Metal to metal length: 28 1/2 (1 window)
Let me know if that is enough information to get started.
Also if doing a custom order, would it still be returnable in case it does not fit or etc?

Thank you for getting back to me! The stamp I'm referring to is indeed the imprint on the balance, yes. Can you also tell me the imprinted stamps on the other balances? If they're different lengths, they would also have different stamps.
Our replacements for this type of balance are only made with metal channel lengths ending in 7/8" 5/8" increments, however. With that said, I can't guarantee they will work for you if your balance's metal channel length differs from this. I just wanted to mention that since custom orders are non-refundable.

Does it mean the length goes up like this? (example: 7/8, 1 3/4, 2 5/8 ...)
Assuming that, it will have about 7/16" to 3/8th difference from my measurement (for example, I will end up getting 26 1/4 length even though what I want is 26 11/16)
So I guess my questions are:
1. Is there a minimum order for custom order? (I want to try one before ordering more and go a little by little).
2. Is there a way to adjust a little bit by me if it does not fit too good length wise (such as shaving the plastic, etc)?
3. Would it be possible to order non-custom ones (like 380 series) or must it be custom ?

My apologies, I meant to type 5/8", not 7/8"!
What I mean by 5/8" increments is that your metal channel lengths should end in 5/8". For example, instead of 22-11/16" it should be 22-5/8". I hope that clears things up.
1. Yes, our minimum for custom orders is 2. You're certainly welcome to try just 2 for now. Just let me know what stamped balance you'd like to go with and I can draft a price quote.
2. We don't recommend shaving the plastic down, unfortunately.
3. Our stock balances can't replace extended travel channel balances like yours. One of the main reasons this has to be custom is the pulley wheel that's built into the shoe, rather than the metal channel itself. In addition to that, the cord has an extended travel and even the metal channel itself differs from any stock option we carry since it isn't measured on a full inch.
