Hi,

As attached in the screenshot, the channel balancer reads "26 5 JW CMC 7". Could you please help me identify the replacement part?

To further review, we will need to see the balance removed where we can see a clear view of the top nylon attachment as well. From there we can confirm which series your window uses. Thank you!
