Is the pivot shoe on the other side of the window less damaged that we can see? At first sight, I believe you have an older style that we recommend replacing with the 15-140 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 150 coil springs. 

The original shoe will need to be removed to measure and compare. Take a look below and let me know how they match up!
