Counter Balance

Question

Hi,

I own the attached window. Opened it over the weekend and the counterbalance flew off. I followed instructions online but the counterbalance will not support the weight of the window. I was hoping to purchase both counterbalance side (left and right) along with the slot the window ties into and the piece that attached to the frame itself. The counter balance has a 7 and an 8 on it.

Give a call with questions or email me If you can send along instructions on how to get the counterbalance to work properly, I will attempt doing it again. Also, if you can send along instruction on how to install the new ones, it would be appreciated too.

Hello, Rob.

I'm afraid this sticker doesn't tell us anything about the hardware the window uses so I don't know what kind of balance you may need. In order to help, I would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window. If there's an identical window in the house, we can use that as a reference.
