Window Balance 32 8 DV CMC 2

Question

I have a counterbalance with very little info or part number stamped on it. From the pics can you determine a replacement part. Medium size single hung window. Window was made around 2004. Thanks John

It's hard to tell. This could be either our Series 351 or Series 390 channel balance, depending on the size of the bottom shoe.
