Counter Balance Replacement

Hello I am in need of a replacement counter balance as show in the attached pictures. The metal portion measure 21 inches, the table on each end measure 15/16 inch, the curves end that goes at the top is 1 and 1/16 inch from the back of the tab to the front of the curve. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You will need a 21" balance.

You will also need to check the metal channel for any numbers stamped to determine the correct spring stamp option needed to support the window sash.

If there are no numbers present, obtain the weight of the sash and compare to the strength chart on the product page to choose the correct stamp option.
