Hi. I ordered a spring from u guys but I ordered the wrong one. The one in pictures is what I need. I need 4 total. That is 4 of the top parts and 4 of the bottom parts where the pin pivots in. I also need to return the incorrect part. Also, my window is 15-16 pounds. I hope this helps

Looks to me like you have an older version of the S140-8 8 lb coil balance system. This comes with both the coil balance assembly and the pivot shoe. To return any items that didn't work out for you, see our Return Policy here.
