Counter balance replacement

I need to replace the counter balances on 6 windows (12 balances). The photos attached are of the label from the inside of the window.

Thanks! We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, I'd like a photo of the stamp printed on the metal channel. I'd also like to see a closer picture of one of the nylon attachments. It doesn't matter which one, but basically I want to see how it's attached to the metal channel. I can't see if they're riveted on or if they're attached through a special sort of pin. If that's confusing, let me know and I will try to clarify.

Thank you for the response and I apologize about not having more information. I was able to lubricate the springs and the windows are sliding well.
